The Venue
England Brothers Park offers an exceptional setting for vendors looking to showcase their products at a premier 10.74-acre outdoor venue specifically designed for large community festivals. The heart of the park features the England Brothers Bandshell, a permanent stage that provides a professional backdrop for events.
Surrounding the stage is an expansive open green space with excellent sightlines, perfect for drawing in crowds and providing a pet-friendly environment. A meandering paved walking path flows through the park, ensuring easy pedestrian access and a natural traffic pattern for shoppers.
The venue is fully equipped with professional-grade infrastructure to support vendor success, including specialized utilities, evening lighting, and convenient restroom facilities. To maximize attendance, the park features ample free visitor parking with large grassy lots located directly adjacent to the event field and overflow areas in nearby city-owned lots, providing further accessibility within easy walking distance.

Applicant Requirements & Review
We are seeking vendors offering sauces, salsas, rubs, spicy foods, plants, peppers, food products, gadgets, and kitchenware. Additional foodie-type vendors may apply for consideration.
Remember, a decorated booth and product sampling help attract consumers. Applications should include three (3) photos of your work or items for sale and one (1) photo of your outdoor booth setup.
Space Sizes & Setup Notes
Exhibitor Spaces: 10’ x 10’
You must plan for your full display to fit within your purchased or assigned space.
Food Vendor Spaces: Sold by linear foot. Enter the total footage you will need when fully open and operational, then recalculate to determine your fee.
Electric: Add $100. When submitting your application, enter the following in the “Notes Here” section: “Electric requested; SIK Promotions, Inc. is authorized to process $100 to the card on file.”
Payment Requirement: Applications must be paid at the time of submission.

Vendor Categories & Fees
Sauce Makers/Artists/Crafters: $250 for a 10’ x 10’ space — proper licensing is required for sauce makers
Fair Trade/Import: $300 for a 10’ x 10’ space
Resale/Retail: $300 for a 10’ x 10’ space
Commercial/Corporate: $1,500 and up for a 10’ x 10’ space
Charities/Non-Profits: $250 for a 10’ x 10’ space
Food Vendors
Mainline Food Vendors: $27.50 per linear foot — limited availability Single Item Food Vendors: $22.50 per linear foot — limited availability
Food Vendor Requirements: Mainline and single-item food vendor applications must include a complete menu with prices, a copy of the mobile vending permit or license, and a copy of insurance.
Once approved, vendors must submit certificates of insurance naming the City of Pinellas Park and SIK Promotions, Inc. each as additional insured. Vendors must also comply with the City of Pinellas Park Fire Department’s Event Cooking Guidelines.
Performers
All performer applications must be submitted with an EPK or press kit by email to suzfest@gmail.com.
SIK Promotions events are family-friendly. Vulgar language, violence, nudity, alcohol, and drug use are prohibited at all events.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance for performance.
Important Vendor Notes
Food Vendor Electricity: Limited electricity is available to food vendors for $225 for the weekend. When applying, enter your electrical requirements in the Vendor Notes field and authorize SIK Promotions, Inc. to charge the additional $225.
Space Only: Only the assigned space is provided. Vendors must supply their own canopy, tables, chairs, electrical cords, and any other equipment required for their operation.
Application Review: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Application Status: Confirmation or rejection will be updated on your vendor profile and sent by email.
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
Effective June 15, 2024: A $50 cancellation fee applies to every canceled booking. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
30+ days before setup date (choose one):
- Refund of the booth fee excluding 8% processing fees, minus a $50 administrative fee. Application fees are non-refundable, or
- Show credit toward a future SIK Promotions, Inc. event. The credit must be redeemed within one calendar year from the date of the original application.
8–29 days before setup date: No refunds will be offered. Show credit may be available for a future SIK Promotions, Inc. event and must be redeemed within one calendar year from the date of the original application.
7 days or less: No refunds or credits will be available.
Redeeming Show Credit: Apply to an available future SIK Promotions, Inc. event within one calendar year from the date of your original application. Enter your show credit date in the “Notes Here” section and submit your application. Once a credit is applied to an event, it is considered redeemed in full and is non-transferable. You will be notified by email if there is a remaining balance due.
Multiple Cancellations: If you book and cancel twice within a calendar year, your fees will become non-refundable, and no credit will be offered for future events.
Vendor Insurance: Vendors are encouraged to purchase event cancellation insurance to protect their investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Event Cancellation Policy
Events are rain or shine. We will not cancel a show because of inclement weather unless state, city, or local officials determine that cancellation is necessary for public safety.
If an event is canceled by officials due to adverse weather, exhibitors will be notified by email and offered show credit toward a future SIK Promotions, Inc. event.
No credits or refunds will be issued when a show is affected by forces of nature beyond our control while the event is taking place.
